Over 25 years of real estate experience including asset management, property development and property management for institutions such as Prudential Real Estate, C.B. Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and R.M. Bradley. Strong expertise in property repositioning, financial cash flows and tenant retention. Within asset management, generated leveraged returns over five years in excess of 20%, compared to 8% for the National Council of Real Estate property index during the same period. Within property management was the General Manager of One Beacon Street, over 1 million square feet and one of the top 12th buildings in Boston. Responsible for managing the leasing and management teams for property projects of all sizes. Working with and managing all subcontractors across multiple real estate sectors. Sector expertise includes Class A commercial, office parks, data centers, historical redevelopments, multi-family, affordable housing and industrial parks. Was President of the Boston Building Owners and Managers Association in 2006. Member or Director of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board from 1980-2006. Expertise spans across the North Eastern United States. Holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
Since 2006 I have been developing and selling property in Falmouth that included both residential and mixed use with extensive experience working with the local Planning and Zoning Boards and Historic District and Conservation Commissions.
